Hi Doc, I used to take Gokhsura 1 tab twice daily for men's wellness. I have recovered from Covid, I got discharged from hospital on 6th May. I want to take Ashwagandha & Giloy for immunity boost. Can I take 1 tab each from Himalaya Gokhsura, Ashwagandha & Guduchi (Giloy) together, 2 times after breakfast & evening snacks?

I have just recovered from covid 19 and remain admitted in hospital for 8 days upto 17.05.21. I want yo take ayurvedic medicines for fast recovery and to improve immunity. I am taking stearoid and blood thinner under medical supervision. However, my ECHO report and Sugar report are satisfactory now.

I am taking daily giloy and Ashwagandha tablets so after taking vaccine can I take this tablets or not.

I have hypothyroid and have been using thyronorm 50mcg for many years as per the timely tests. Can I massage the neck area with walnut oil at night for better results or does it intervene with the medication which I take early in the morning.

Hello Doctor. My friend was suffering from fistula in ano from last 1 year and he recently taken ksharsutra treatment.. After 6 ksharsutra thread change, Doctor has cut open the fistula opening and informed that it is healed and informed to get wound dressed with kshar oil for few days and wound will also heal. But looking at wound size we were not sure how long does it take to heal (wound size is little big) .. Just wanted to know how long does it take to completely heal..how the wound will fill and comes to normal. What all precautions to take and best practices to follow...

Taking kutajghan vati 2 and chitrakadli vati 1 two times a day since last one month. Pure vegetarian habits. Discontinued milk. Multiple motions and slight pain. Any more medicine to add for early recovery.
