Can we eat ginger tablets for health
Can we eat ginger tablets for well being and immunity boost without consulting doctor. I brought that tablets but if I eat, it feels like burning, how and what is the procedure to eat ginger tablets.

Have you ever had acidity problems before? If yes this medicine taken after meal after this acidity problem persist then don't take ginger tab  .. u can also take giloy ghan vati 2 tab bd And ashwagandha tab  1 bd  for improve immunity ..
