Ashwagandha/Ginseng and Psoriasis
Dear Doctors. Please advise if Ashwagandha/ Ginseng tablets flare up psoriasis? Few articles suggest they help in relieving stress thereby reducing flares. But few articles give an opinion that it activates immune system and worsen auto immune symptoms.
