Tooth and Mouth Problems

Im suffering yellowish ,I feel burning , sting in my tongue Im in my 4 days after my wisdom tooth extraction..I dont know what to do?I gargle water with salt still the buring and sting still there?pls help..is there someone same situation to me. I already contact my Dentist her Assistant told me to gargle mouthwash and continue to take the medicine..

My 1.5 year baby has cavities. We got her fillings and fluoride varnish for all teeth. So I have stopped day time breastfeeding. But night its being very very difficult. Can I continue night feeds. Do cavities again arise if I continue bf at night? If I try to wipe her teeth after feed she is waking up and start crying. Am very worried about this process. Plz help me doctor

I had root canal a week back. There was no pain. But after placing crown there is pain while biting. Is the pain natural and will subside in few days? Please let me know.

I can see some white tissue formation at the location where lower wisdom teeth are situated. I was suffering from pain there for a few months when the dentist gave me pain killers. But there is no pain there today, but that white tissue really seems concerning. On the right side, it bleeds sometimes while brushing. Do I need to get it extracted? I've been a smoker for the past few years and quit recently.

For the last 1 month I have been getting pain in my chin and could notice a tiny lump. Even that irritates a  nerve vessel which gets swollen inside the right cheek . It generally subsides in night hours and again triggers in day time . I consulted the Dentist , they performed xray of the molar teeth and mentioned maybe gums are affected which could be the cause and suggested a tooth cleaning . I did that but it did not provide any relaxation . This same issue was there in 2018 and I had used allergic medicines as suggested by an Internal medicine specialist and it got cured. Please suggest whom should I consult and what could be the issue behind

From two days I sense a bump on right side of mouth roof which is painless. I don't have any tobacco consumption history nor I smoke. Please suggest.

I have 2 new molars trying to pop out since last 8 years, but as there is no space, it's not popping out. I have swollen gum and pain in that area within every few weeks which disappears automatically within 3-4 days, but I need a permanent solution for the same. Please suggest.

My upper molar teeth cavity was filled 2.5 years ago ,now it was dislodged 3days ago. I have visited to dentist for refilling but after seeing my teeth x-ray,he told its near to expose nerves endings and suggested to do RCT. Though I am not feeling any sensitivity or pain in my teeth. Shall l go with RCT or take second opinion from any endodontist. Please suggest.

Hi Doctor. My baby is 1.5 years old. She have two cavities one is black dot and other is red dot. Can you guide me what to do. If at all we take her to kids dentist will she be cooperative with the procedures with doctor? Am very much concerned. We don't even give her chocolates and sweets but what's the reason for cavity in this early age. Kindly respond on my concerns doctor.
