Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor, My son is 2years 8months old 3 oh his tooth got decayed as per doctor suggestion have taken thrice to hospital in order to get habituated for cleaning in order to fill the tooth but my son is not at all cooperating crying a lot unable to handle him doctor is telling that he should not move while cleaning even the tongue as well we are worried like what will be the next way to approach and he didn't got the pain from decayed tooth. Can you please help me to resolve my son tooth issue am much worried about it. TIA

Hi, I have a lump on my lower inner lip, it started with a small ulcer, however the ulcer got cleared in 5 days but then a lump was formed which still exists. It is not painful, but not vanished from past 8 days. Attaching few pics for reference.

Hi doctor We have observed that 3tooth got decayed for my son one tooth is bit more than other 2 and have taken to dentist he is telling that will cement but before to that want clean it but the name of equipment iam not aware but doctor is telling that it is too sharp if by mistake it will touch tongue it will get cut he told for that he told to bring kid to hospital 2 to 3 times so that he will be habituated for that so that he won't move while doing it.can you please suggest that is it the correct way to proceed iam scared for the equipment for cleaning as my kid will move for sure any alternative solution for it
