Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello I have been suffering from bad taste and persistent bad breath in my mouth from the last 4 months. My gums are swollen from back of the teeth and sometimes it pains. Should I get that flap removed?

Why do I feel so much uncomfortable bite during tmj final step treatment with braces? Also why don't I get any force to bite on foods? Is it normal or my treatment is making my condition worse? Please help.

I was suffering from jaw disorder because of excessive jaw clenching... So my dentist gave me a treatment plan to correct tmj...at first I have to wear splint and then ortho treatment with braces. Can you please explain the role of splint and braces to regain my original bite and jaw joint? Is this a correct treatment plan for me? After more than 2 yrs of treatment I am sure that now I am able to chew more comfortable way and my facial appearance is becoming normal slowly... Even though now I am not completely normal. Can you make me believe that I am going through right treatment and my condition is improving? Please please please answer my all the questions and clear my doubts... Please help and give me some advice to manage tmj. Thank you 🙏.

My orthodontist did not put metal rings around my molars or any bracket attached to them . Now my lower jaw(from premolars) is slightly moving towards right side. Should I consider different orthodontist?

I brush my teeth daily. I clean my tounge (not very often). I try to drink water at regular intervals. But often people tell me that I have bad breath. My teeth are perfectly fine and in very good condition. What can I do to avoid bad breath? Why do I still have it even after brushing teeth? Someone told me that I should keep eating at regular intervals also so that it won't smell bad, I tried it but I don't think this idea is true. Please help. I use dant kanti as toothpaste. Is it because of toothpaste ?
