Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeths have yellow spots since i was 11 years old . In the beginning only 2 to 3 teeth have spots but as the time passes all the teeths have spots.I brush my teeth everyday but then also the problem increases. There are small pits in the middle of the teeths which are yellow in colour. I dont smoke or use tobbaco. Please guide me the treatment .
