Hi don't panic, it's not unusual for the delayed eruption of teeth.. Go to a good dentist, he will prescribe an IOPA or OPG, and then assess whether the kid requires surgical exposure of teeth or should you wait and watch
Next Steps
Go to nearby good dentist
Health Tips

It's not a problem to worry as each and every individual is different so are their teeth eruption pattern's , in some children they erupt at around the age of 1yr 6months . But if it gets more late than this then you should consult with a pedodontist and get an IOPA done. You can give hard things like carrot to bite on.

you need to visit a pedodontist and get it checked. usually in Indian kids, tooth eruption is later than normal. Don't worry. You can give him a carrot to chew if possible.
The lower from teeth usually grows within 9 months. It's advisable to get an X Ray to check if the teeth are growing inside and to determine if any intervention is needed
