A surgical extraction would be your best option here. It would be a minor day care procedure under local anaesthesia to avoid pain and discomfort and followed by a regimen of antibiotics and painkillers.

Hie.. this wisdom tooth has to be removed.. as it’s impinging your permanent molar teeth.. and harm it.. will be done under Anaesthesia.. don’t worry.. u need to follow the post extraction instructions after that

Hi if you are feeling any pain or discomfort than Yes surgical extraction ( operation karke remove karna ) is an only option in this case but surgical procedure is a painless procedure under LOCAL ANASTHESIA given to you. Post surgery also pain killers and antibiotics given to you for speedy recovery n comfort.
