Tooth and Mouth Problems

Teeth-ache every time when I used to food and sensitive problem when I use every cold and Hot thing. ex- water, uncooked vegitable etc. main problem is many teeth fully damage , I try to remove myself but it's not remove, when I try to remove small try and blood out.

Whenever water falls on my teeth i feel the sensitivitiness, even if it touches the teeth i feel the pain

It has been 3-4 days, left lower side wisdom tooth is coming and because of it has created a small whole on left side. I tried clove oil to get relief from pain. But after 5 minutes again it starts paining. Blood is also coming out of it.

Continuously paining from one week after taking medicine also I want to meet today as early as possible

Hello Doctor I am from Mumbai I have im perfect teeth alignment. Many years ago I had my front one tooth chapped of because of an accident and now it is capped. Hi, I have got extreme tooth ache, I have visited my dentist and I am on antibiotics and painkiller. Still I have got agonizing pain under the tooth which has previously undergone root canal treatment and is capped with ceramic cap. I feel like breaking open the cap. Have taken painkiller still after 3 hours of taking the medicine the pain comes back. Not able to sleep and feel very restless.

My tooth have turned pale yellow due to consumption of guthka. Tobacco. I need medication and cleaning of my mouth with reconstruction.
