For now you can take a painkiller. But a dental checkup is required as soon as possible to make a diagnosis and a proper treatment plan. As avoidance will only worsen the condition.
Next Steps
visit to a dentist n an xray is also advised

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. this will give you temporary relief from pain. you need to visit the dentist and get
it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.
The type of acute and radiating pain you are complaining is because of decayed tooth. RCT needs to be done. For confirmation an xray is needed. Visit an endodontist.

Hello Sir
Greetings of the day. You need to visit a dentist as soon as possible since the pain might be due to a decayed tooth which needs a RCT. Since your traveling painkillers can be taken to subside the pain temporarily but no other medication without proper diagnosis and prescription.
Toothache commonly is experienced at locations other than the the point of origin. This is known as referred or sympathetic pain. Contact a dental surgeon at the earliest. Over the counter painkillers can be taken in the meanwhile. Do not take any other medication, especially antibiotics without consulting a qualified doctor.
