Toothache since yesterday

Toothaches are generally due to infections inside the tooth or outside the tooth. In both cases, you need to visit a dentist. The root cause is to be corrected to get a permanent solution. Else this pain will keep resurfacing. For temporary relief, you need to start antiobiotics and painkillers.
