Impacted tooth
I am attaching my opg x-ray . How far is the nerve from my wisdom tooth. Is it safe to remove the wisdom tooth.

It does appear that the tooth is overlapping the nerve in the xray. However the OPG x-ray is a 2 dimensional flat image and can be misleading. The best investigation in such cases is a 3 d scan of the region which will give you a perfect idea. If the scan reveals a true overlap of the tooth you could consider a coronectomy procedure as opposed to the complete removal of the tooth.
