Hello i have 4 impacted wisdom tooths. One of which is near a nerve. Is it safe to remove? Dentist told me that 90% its safe but 10% might have permanent nerve damage. Apart from this i have been struggling with diziness/ loss of balance in body. Can wisdom tooth cause loss of balance?

If you are facing any pain or discomfort in your wisdom tooth region, you must get them extracted. It is unlikely to cause any symptoms that you are facing. Are you on any medication? Dizziness can be a side effect of medication too. If not, You must consult a physician for your current symptoms. It might be a symptom of other systemic condition like Vertigo (one of the many d/d).

Wisdom tooth is removed under local anesthesia. Wisdom tooth removal will not cause loss of balance.
