Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have today completed my temporary tooth filling. But that filling is started removing automatically when i eat something. my docotr had told me that if their may any pain then we the tooth will be permanently filled. But what about removal of currently filled substance. Plz suggest me. Is it normal?

There is a painless white growth on the side of my tongue that will disappear if I touch it then come back. I have had numbness in my neck, jaw, ear, and cheek all on the left side. I am 17 years old and I'm very concerned and I'm going to my doctor tomorrow but I'd like some insight on what to expect when I go. I am concerned about mouth cancer but I don't smoke or drink (drinking is not common for me). I have a family history of thyroid issues but I don't think that's what is causing this.
