Hello...... Mouth ulcer could be due to trauma, having spicy food items, metabolic disturbance,... Have more fluid, tender coconut, avoid non veg food items... If you have b12 deficit take supplementation.. Apply lignocaine gell locally... Consult general physician in nearest hospital..
