Mouth is not opening, can't eat. And it pains while opening mouth. Taking some anti biotic and painkiller.

Hello, you can do warm salt water rinses this will give you a temporary relief. visit a dentist and get it checked.get an X-ray done, if required get it removed.

Visiting ur.dentist wud help.u...it cud be carious / eeupting / tilted wisdom tooth which needs to be removed or just a gum flap over it hurting u,that can be incised off

Most probably you ll have to get the wisdom tooth removed.  Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

Dear sir, If you have wisdom tooth pain. You will need to see a dentist as soon as possible. The most likely treatment option for wisdom tooth pain is extraction which can be done after 48hrs of antibiotic therapy. Mouth opening may not imprive only with tablets but the dental surgeon will helpnyou with that as well
