Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi , i have pain inside mouth on the right side of jaw. when i checked inside i found some white patch corner of last right tooth. i cant open mouth wide. because of that even my throat is also getting pain.

I have 28 teeth as per now, the thing is I think New tooth are coming up or so... as I m undergoing a dental treatment I'm unable to figure out, the pain which I m having in my jaws are due toh which problem? Is it because of new tooth or the treatment one ... ( uper jaws paining as the lower tooth in under treatment.. ) suggestions please.. m unable to sleep at times due to pain.

Doctor, I have a very painful ulcer in my mouth. Added to that I got a blister on my lip and upon googling the symptoms. It said it could be signs of herpes simplex virus. Do I consult a doctor? If yes which specialist?

After getting my teeth cleaning also I am having bad breath I will brush my teeth twice and floss also but I don't know how to avoid bad breath.

I have a recurring problem of mouth ulcers for the past many years now. Sometimes it is in the mouth and sometimes on the tongue and when they come they are extremely painful.  Whenever I get one, I usually takes Vit B capsules and it gets me relief in a few days. But then I seek a permanent solution to this problem. Please help
