Developed tea stains over all the teeth
Hi doctor recently I developed bad tea stains over my teeth. It happened as because I started drinking more green and lemon tea combinations . After I realized I stopped tra completely . Please suggest me to get rid of them.

Tea and coffee do have a staining effect on the teeth. It helps a little to rinse your mouth with water after drinking tea. The benefits of green tea does outweigh this small side effect.
Next Steps
Get a thorough cleaning and polish done and you can start maintaining it,post that. Bleaching / whitening can also be done.
