Bleaching is the treatment to cure fluorosis. This won't weaken teeth that much.
You can go for it or can try home remedy,
1 teaspoon baking soda mix with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, make a paste and put it on toothbrush and clean teeth.
This will whiten your teeth and may fade the glow of Fluoride.
