Tooth and Mouth Problems

Recently i went for dental checkup .After having an xray dcotor suggested surgical extraction of my both left and right bottom wisdom teeth especially right side as i have wrong direction impacted wisom teethBut i am going to foreign country within 15 days. So can you please suggest if it is neccessary for immediate extraction eventhough i dont have any sign of pain
