Tooth and Mouth Problems

Every time I brush my gums bleed a little. I have been observing this for like 2 months now. Any suggestions to stop this? I do not apply a lot of pressure on my brush but it still happens.

I have placed cap on my tooth 2 years back. Now the cap has fallen of it's own. Want to put a new cap.
