Tooth and Mouth Problems

Recently​ had the web underneath my tongue snipped ( tongue tie) and still cant extend my tongue. It has fully healed but a stitch came out during the process

Need to go through rct but having pain as Dr not available right now so can u suggest any thing for instant pain relief

Its been 6 to 8 months i am suffering from gingivitis and i regularly visit a dentist. Ever since the dentist removed the calcus (tooth decay) my gums are receding and moreover whatever i eat it gets stuck between gums and teeth

A new wisdom tooth is just coming out and i have severe pain because it is peiercing the skin to come out completely due to which i am not able to eat properly what to do

Im getting my ortho treatment since last 9mnths. Recently the marginal n attached gingiva hav undergone blanching and necrosis n has fallen off in the 33 region. A part of the root is exposed and i hav severe sensitivity in that region. Will the gingiva grow back?

While doing root canal treatment the thin needle broke and stucked on top of the canal and dr could not remove it and the root canal treatment is completed after that.is it any threat?
