Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have stains on my teeth since childhood,which are not getting cleaned by regular brushing. Are there any ways to get it cleaned?

I have gum problem, it swells and it's very pain full, and puss is coming from that place. And my mouth is bad smells,, ithis is occurring in upper back two teeth. If antibiotics are taken, I will clear for 3 to 6 months , after then again the problem stars..

Hi, I am having severe pain in my tooth even after taking pain killer and anti-biotic.Can you please suggest how many pain killer I can take in one day and with how much time difference ? I consulted a doctor in proximity he advised me to go for tooth extraction. I am afraid that It will pain too much during and after surgery.Please suggest some permanent workaround.

I have teeth mark looks like sore on both side of tongue,consult with normal doctor they give multivitamin tablet but no relief ,also check with two dentist one of them told due to tooth structure tongue comes under teeth.He suggest to put braces ,I am suffering since three months,when taking spicy or non veg food tongue hurting badly.please suggest .

Hi, I have had a canker sore in one area of my mouth, near the side for two weeks now, and when it healed a cut developed, but rather on the side of the mouth like angular cheillitis, it is on the lower lip near the side, and it is a very wide cut. Several other small bumps have just popped up too, in a more spread out fashion on my lower lips (it may be because of my new braces, which i got 2 days ago; the small bumps started only a day ago. The cut is wide and areas near it are turning white. Please help, thanks!

My first molar tooth (lower on the right) is decayed. From yesterday i can feel severe pain which is spreading to my right ear and neck.
