Is implant required?
I am going to get my molar teeth no 8 and its adjacent wisdom teeth extracted as the molar teeth is completely decayed. Please advice whether I need to go for an implant. What would happen if I don't go for an implant in the short and long run?

Post doing your clinical evaluation and considering various factors we can decide if implant is required or not. Replacement post extraction is mandatory as it will take care of your bite. Implant is a very good treatment option and the success rate is great if the treatment planning is done the right way.
