Little dark spots inside mouth

Asked for Female, 60 Years

I have some dark spots inside my mouth on my hard palate, some spots under my tongue too, there is no itching and neither any other problem. These spots appear 8 months ago for the first time and now they have increased.

Black spot that are increasing in size may require thorough dental check up by specialist like oral surgeon. Please visit nearby oral surgeon to rule out melanoma. They can be hyperpigmentation also. But to be on safer side get it checked.
