Tooth and Mouth Problems

Symptoms Swelling in jaw ( premolar) Pain In 1st Premolar Teeth , Sensitivity , Tooth decay, Problem in eating , sensation if  drinking cold water

I am 39 years old male and would like to know how much do dentists generally charge for the wisdom tooth extraction.

I often get cheeks swelling n extreme hardness from inside. It certainly comes while cold n fever or if i eat anything very cold. It pains a lot n complete head, eyes, temples, neck n back pains due to cheeks hardness. It stays for a week n half n pains a lot. After some days, it gets fine n swelling comes down. I m not able to open my mouth properly. It also comes in case of dehydration. I had a sinus problem and had a nosal laser treatment. I also feel some infection comes from nose n infection travels to inner upper innermost gums n creates the cheeks swelling n hardness. I m very nervous because no one is able to diagnose the actual problem. Can anyone throw the light on this disease ?
