Some dark patches in gum inside mouth. It doesn't​ hurt or bleed. Please suggest what should be the course of action.

Hi Since when have u noticed? That Dark patch on the gums is pigmentation of the gum,called Melanin pigmentation which is natural... if ur very much concerned of the pigmentation then u can visit a dentist and get the treatment done for that.
