For the last 7 months there is rashes in my mouth. I did grind my teeth have prescription from doctor who suggest for lichen plannous. After having medicine for 2-3 months still its not vanishing. Tongue sores

I have been having a white spot on my tongue And this ulcer have very painful when I eating. This problem I bear from 3 week. High sensitivity..
