Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want to clean my teeth from yellowish to white ...while doing brush morning night it doesn't clean and I use that paste sparkling white that herbal paste ...can u please tell wat should I do to clean my teeth....?

I have got my tooth extracted and want to go for dental implant!! I smoke , so it is advisable to go for implant or somthing else!!

2 weeks back I had fever with headache & backache for 2 days, I took some meds & was recovered after 2 days. But since then I'm having some white painless blisters on the inner part of my tongue, they are covered in white pluck. It doesn't pain but not going away. I took riboflavin, some vitamins & miconazole gel, using oralon mouthwash. Help plz!
