Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor i am showing you my current teeth situation picture.see there is shape diffrance between my front teeth.so can you please tell me any dental treatment for it.i just want to change my none front teeth.

Due to sharp teeths in end there is a sharp cut on both sides of mouth due to which I am unable to chew anything.

There is a pain in my teeth for 2 days at the lower base of my mouth.there is a small hole in between 2 teeth

I think my inner cheek has thickened a bit for the last one and a half weeks. It causes me no pain though and from outside, my face looks normal. When I consulted a dentist, he told me I have a coming wisdom tooth and that's the reason why. I was prescribed a mouthwash and an analgesic gel but the thickening hasn't reduced yet. I used to smoke.

There is a visible crack on four of my front tooth(front bottom).. There is no pain. The crack is horizontally across my 4 tooth. What is the most feasible procedure to get them fixed and how much will it cost me?
