Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mother undergone root canal last week. She is facing severe pain. She couldn't able to eat. Is there any chance of infection

Since yesterday a white spot, wound is visible on the inner mouth of my sister. not much of pain, but irritation is there while swallowing. it also looks like aome white particle ia stuck on it.

My Teeth are getting chopped at the beginning, as if some one cutting it with knife its also paining when I touch it with my nail it hurts a lot and I am feeling like I may lose them if it's like this.

Hello My mother is a diabetic since last 12 years. She is on insulin since last 8 years. Currently she is taking 22 units twice a day. As her molar tooth has some infection dentist recommended root canal treatment. Her today's fasting sugar level is 175 and pp is 275. Please let me know if this is the safe level for root canal procedures.
