Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am experiencing gum receeding issue in lower front jaw coz of which my lower front teeth has become a bit mobile. What would you suggest? My age is 28. Recently undergone scaling and deep cleaning to remove tartar. Dentist also said I have got a deep bite aligned tooth structure coz of which regular trauma in front tooth is causing the problem.

Hi mam/ sir, There is gapping between the teeths of the upper jaw..And shape of teeths are not regular.and the total count of permanent teeth is also less. Thus I kindly  request to provide me proper guideance thanking you. Regards Utkarsh
