Dry mouth, bad breath, dry lips

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have extreme bad breath and dry mouth since childhood. Now iam 23 and still havent found any cure to it. Dentists say i dont have any dental problems. General physician suggested me to go for a gastroenterologist.

We can measure your salivary flow ( stimulated as well as unstimulated )quantity etc . If there is lesser secretion it can point out to primary salivary gland disorder. Also certain dietary elements, medicines can also cause dry mouth . Vitamin supplements will help. Complete blood profile (CBC) is required. Digestive conditions also cause dry mouth . There are home remedies available for increasing Salivary flow .
