Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a small soft squishy mass inside my cheek on both sides and a white line on the jaw line inside the mouth.I have applied hexigel on the mass twice or thrice and it is reducing in size. Jaw line is from end to end of the mouth.Suggest me something

Which toothpastes are good to use . chemical or herbal or natural like neem sticks or babool sticks . will it be good to use charcoal powder. as in ancient times people didnt had to deal with sental problems as now peoplws are facing .

Ealier i have pain only in one tooth and the pain was severe and last for minutes. Now i have pain in any of my teeth. But it is only for 2 to 3 seconds. And it comes anytime and gone in 2 to 3 seconds.

I have pain in my teeth since one month. I saw the dentist he gave me amoxicillin and culvulnate acid 625 together with diclofinac and paracetamol after taking these tablets my ache gone. After 20 days i again felt pain but this time in all of my teeth. somtimes i felt pain in one tooth and sometimes in the another one. Now i am feeling pain for just 2 to 3 seconds in any of my teeth. I felt that my gums are swollen. Basically now i have teeth pain only for seconds. But this is not going.

Now i am having pain only for 2 to 3 seconds in my teeth. But the pain comes anytime.

From last few years my mouth filled fully with tooth plague because of that bad smell coming and when i see my teeth in mirror it filled totally with yellow decay .Now i am very worried whether it can be removed by normal cleaning or deep cleaning without pain

I recently done componeer in my front three teeth only little is removed but he drilled 3 times to place it what happen if i get removed componeer does my teeth will be just like that as it was before or something different what mm does my teeth is reduced during the process as he drilled repeatedly three times

Ealier i have severe pain whenever i was having fod. Now i have only 2 to 3 seconds pain in any of my teeth.
