Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've been having pain in the root canal treated teeth, the pain is little when teeth is idle and it is more when teeth is touched or while chewing, I had x-ray of that teeth and it seems that the infection is still there and it is increasing, So should I go for re-root canal or extract the tooth and put a new or other anything other.please do tell me what to do.

I have a bump under tongue,doesn't hurt at all. It has been there from last 3 days, it's round in shape, pinkish transparent in color. I am 21 years old. I've never had to go to any dentist for cavities because I've never had cavities in my teeth. But the only problem is the colour of my teeth. When i was young, I would not take proper care of my teeth, I would not brush them properly, which is why i have yellow teeth now. I have been brushing my teeth properly for years now, but all in vain. It's still yellow. I have noticed another thing, that is, the edges of my teeth look translucent and a very tiny part of my teeth chipped off after lunch. Is their any toothpaste in the market that can help me a little? Please tell me some home remedies too. (I know that I will have to go to a dentist anyway). Awaiting a reply.
