So I’ve been wanting softer lips so I used a salt scrub about almost a month ago. My lips became very dry, super tiny bumps started to form on the top on my lip which I still have and are super uncomfortable, and recently I have a red rash on my lip. I’m literally crying please help I want my old lips back

Juat afew days ago i extracted my second molar and the next day to make tge pain double i got my periods. Do you know what is happening to me?? Ps i have been super stressed about the removal of my tooth before and after.
