Tooth and Mouth Problems

For the past two days the roof of my mouth directly behind my front teeth and right side canine teeth have been swollen and dark red/purple almost black. What caused this and what is it? It has also made the gums in the front of my smile swollen and bruised st the edges as well.

Kindly suggest a place in coimbatore where i can get this lump on the tongue removed. Want painless method. Pls share the removal method and approximate cost for the same. Thanks.

Dear sir I am Soumya Sharma 23 aged from bilaspur chhattisgarh. I had twin teeth on upper left since teething age. Recently one them fell out without any pain. So it doesn't look good. I have been suffering from tooth pain and it seems like I have infection. I have previously used augmentin tablet to get rid of the pain nd infection which was prescribed by by dentist . Right now I have augpen lb 625. Can I use it for pain relief nd rto get rid of infection ?
