Tooth and Mouth Problems

My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly and even got the stitches removed after a week . But now the problem is that a hole is left behind the extraction site and food is getting stuck there . I am worried about infection . Although I am trying to get the food out by rinsing after every meal but still when I see closely I think some particles are stuck. Please advice how can I completely clean it .

I have done rct on left side of the tooth bt one of  my right side of tooth had cavity problem so I filled it up bt now that fill is of no use...so basically there is a little bit of gap of between the two tooth and the gum is exposed I guess coz of that it use to swallow now and then though it don't pain..I literally cannot have food from right side. Out of seemingly nowhere, I started to experience some slight discomfort (almost like a sore that forms after you bit your lip) up in front of my two front teeth - I mean way up there, at the place where the lip and gums connect. I had been drinking an energy drink. Within an hour, the entire top AND bottom of my mouth in that area where the lip meets the gum was slightly inflamed and had little sores break out. Can't seem to find any similar stories online to figure out what caused this!
