Sore on tip of my tongue
I had what looked like a couple pimples on the tip of my tongue about a week ago. I don’t know if they are irritated from me bothering them or if they just getting worse, but now they are more like spots on my tongue.

This condition may be simple trauma/irritation, oral thrush, leukolakia, std..... clinical examination is a way to find out the cause.. so find out dentist or oral pathologist or general physician near to you & let him/her check your tongue lession.  Do not neglect the condition.
