Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a habit of pan since last two months from 15days I'm suffering from teeth patch difficult to eat and brush

I have a spot on the roof of my mouth which has developed over the last 3/4 months I can pop it but it grows back a week later in the exact same place

I have swelling on left side of rectomolar trigone which makes difficult for me to speak sometimes. My words are not as clear. What is the solution

My uper left wisdom tooth at the end was touching the down gum which causes ulcer.i visited dentist yesterday but toy my condition is worst got three more ulcers in surrounding and not even able to open my mouth or eate any thing.. they have cleaned my all the theeth which cause more pain and irritation.. Kindly suggest how to ease the pain. Im having throat infection too which is also pain full Medicine im having CARCEF-200, and BIOSOL along with betakind mouth wash Please help
