My son is not brushing on daily basis and he is having deposits and plaque teeth. He already got new set of teeth after loosing once. Will the plaques go as he grows?

Hi, I had a tooth decays on my left and right mandibular 1st molar and the dentist performed a root canal as well as a ceramic crown placed on top of it. I had this procedure done in 2014. I am thinking of replacing them with new teeth on both sides. My question is: How much will it cost me? (Any Estimation) Is the process painful?

I have horrible pains from a wisdom teeth which pushes out. I took yesterday a 4 pm a cataflam 50mg, another one at 8ish and a third at 2 am, and I took two aspirin, one at 10 one at 4am.
