Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a small bump on my lower lips,and its been a month,it doesnt hurt at all but its getting bigger,hard to pop and i tried popping it using needle,and blood came out

No pain Everthing normal No medicine taken, swelling,No toothache, No dry mouth

I had gone through rct it was my 1st sitting...bt I am having sever pain...i am taking pain killer i.e Dolores and ketonove also bt as long as the medicine have its effect i don't feel the pain bt as its effect is over i feel the same pain...plz sugesst me plz

My top lip sticks out past my bottom lip. It seems to be something more in the center of my top lip. Also, it is like extra fat or extra lip is there.
