How effective and reliable is Laser Root Canal treatment, and is it more expensive than manual root canal? Would appreciate if someone would tell me how much does it cost approximately.

I had to undergo a root canal but due to doctors fault she palpated the roots and said root canal not possible. After going for the second opinion i found out the truth. I left the tooth unattended as it was neither hurting nor bothering me in any way. Now i would like to extract the same, So i went to a dentist who took an xray and said i need surgical xtraction but one more said normal. So, please guide what to do. Normal/surgical.
