Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am suffering from a single mouth ulcer and having a lot of pain also , so candid mouth paint with becosule capsule is fine or not.

I'm 21 male about 200lbs 6,1 with little to no problems when it comes to being sick. Dental hygiene could be better. But I've been noticing that my right tonsil was swollen with my tongue. So I proceeded to look at it in the mirror only to notice it was swollen 3 times the size as the other with the white and green pus looking thing on it. What does it look like to you medical experts does it deserve an ER visit. I've also been taking antibiotics for the last 2 days to help slow infection down.

I grind my teeth every time during sleeping. How to get rid of it? Also what are the health impacts of teeth grinding while sleeping?

Something like ulcers or reddish oracles on behind part of the tongue from a month. No pain. Nothing else. Just a little bitter tongue but that too bery rarely. And cough and cold. Please explain what to do.
