I have a tilted wisdom tooth. It has crushed a part of nearby tooth which has created a cavity there. Now there is so much pain in that tooth. Should i get wisdom tooth and nearby tooth removed? Wgat will be the approximate cost?

I had visited dentist for braces and found out that I have impacted canines and my milk canine are still present .I have taken some x Ray's and dentist have recommended to remove the milk canine ,put the braces and later extract the impacted canine. I had to undergo a root canal but due to doctors fault she palpated the roots and said root canal not possible. After going for the second opinion i found out the truth. I left the tooth unattended as it was neither hurting nor bothering me in any way.
