Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am from nasik i m facing severe mouth and tongue ulcers...Tongue colour has also changed in to white shade..almost i am facing this problem very often....it is very painful..plz suggest

I have been suffering with mouth ulcers since last 2 months. Consulted a general surgeon, who gave me anti biotics, B12 medicines n a gel. However it has still not healed. I also see a " white " patch on my tongue which really pains whenver i eat or drink. Whom should i consult?

Pain while speaking behind soft palate area.Becomes worse after talking loud.It appears to be delicate.Any solution to it.Please Help Me !

I am having a problem in my left retromolar trigone since 3 days. Its been about 3 years my wisdom teeth fully out and also this pain has been started from then. It occurs almost in every 2 to 3 months. What could be the reason for it? And how to get rid of it? It really hurts and causing headache as well as left ear.

I have consulted a dentist and they have done cleaning of my teeth .but the problem is still persistent.i brush my teeth everyday and even after brushing my teeth..after about 3 to 4hrs the bad breath again starts coming. Plz tell any remedy for my problem

Hello,doc. My left upper jaw premolar was fractured & part fallen,dentist recommended extraction of same but could not do it completely even after local anesthesia b & spend 1 hr,it was partly removed. He said he will send me to specialist to remove it completely. What could be reason ? Secondly my rt lower premolar was removed 6 months back & I want to do bridge for it last molar & adjoining second premolar is not sensitive & not painful but still he recommended me to do both of tooth RCT ?
