Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been having sores/lesions on both sides of tongue at same position which doesn't heal since 2 months. I have no problem in eating/swallowing food. Sometimes it heals and becomes negligible and i am having dry mouth very often. What could be the problem ?

It's been like 6-7 days and there is a hole behind my lower wisdom tooth. There used to be a flap covering it with only a little hole between the tooth and gum until just a few days ago. But since 2 days before, the flap rose up and seems like its disappeared. But there's still a larger hole in my gums. What would this be and is it ok to leave it? Also seems like antibiotics amoxicilin isn't helping at all.
