I have single white line one side in my cheek left side please confirm it what's it mean

In an accident I got my mandible fractured..it can itself or have to be given a surgery.please suggest me something regarding this.

While opening and closing my mouth left jaw joint area near at ear.. was paining what can I do for that

I have a small painless bump under my tongue noticed it about 5 months ago and it hasn't changed.. I'm worried it's cancer but I'm only 17 and never smoked. I looked at the other side of my tongue and looks like there is the same bump but a little smaller in the same spot.. please help
