I've developed an underbite after hitting puberty and currently I'm 18. Can it be treated without surgery?
If so how much time will it take? Also what is the approximate cost?

Visit a dental surgeon for proper clinical diagnosis and treatment planning ...
....only after proper diagnosis tenure and cost of the treatment will be decided ..
