Last time a cap was fitted without rct on my half broken rotten teeth,and removed as it was infected... But now yeterday I had the rct done but the gum area got swollen... Do the teeth need to be pulled out... If yes should a permanent teeth need to be fitted the same day?

For gum inflammation i did deep scaling for 2 quadrants as prescribed by doctor. But i can see pits and scratches in teeth. Felt the instrument causes scratches and pits in teeth also. Not saying about gaps. As i aware gap will be visible during deep scaling. Scared to do deep scaling on other side. Shall i avoid this? Is there any other remedy to gaps caused.
